I received great service throughout my time with The Foot Lab for my ingrown toenail. Claire was the podiatrist that looked after me during my treatment here and she did a great job with everything from the consult up until the aftercare following my toenail surgery.

I've been a regular here for about eight months, visiting every four weeks or so, and it's become my go-to podiatry clinic after trying others that didn't quite meet my expectations. I can be quite particular and value attention to detail, so finding the right practitioner and place takes time. Gemma and her team have truly earned my trust - they're professional, attentive, and always handle any concerns with politeness, efficiency, and a reassuring level of care.

We've been going to the Footlab for years as a family, my parents even drive down from Scotland to go for treatment. They recently helped us out massively with an injured toenail my autistic son had which prevented him from having major surgery. We are lucky to have such a highly qualified, award winning team in our little town. Amazing care. Dawn

I first went to the Footlab a few years ago, as I had lower back pain (I know not my feet)!. However, it turned out that my feet were turning in can't remember the exact name for it. I got some made to measure insoles and what a difference I no longer have the back pain. I also go for medical pedicures now and again and it feels like you are floating on air when you are finished. Everyone is so friendly and nice.
